Brian Tracy on Leadership

Brian Tracy is the most prolific author and speaker in modern times. He is the most listened to audio author on personal and business success in the world. He has been married to Barbara for 41 years. They are the parents of four children and seven grandchildren.

In our continuing series on leadership, we focus today on what we can each do personally to be better leaders. We’ve said there is a leadership crisis in America today. We need more and better leaders at every level—in the belt way, in the boardroom, in city hall and in our homes. As I have taken personal inventory on a wonderful life, I am very grateful for my guest today. When in my early twenties, I teamed up with him and delivered his powerful content to organizations throughout the country. We worked together for several years. I learned so much from the material I facilitated like the Psychology of Achievement and the New Psychology of Selling, but the greatest lessons came from sitting one on one with him in his office and sharing time with his family in their home.
